By communicating in columns, podcasts and stage talks. By studying frontier practitioners and thinkers. And by relentlessly pushing for dialogues and action.

In my mind, it is very simple. Better leadership creates better results. Generally, a fact but particularly in the times we are living in. Leading Humans works for better leadership in the 21st century.
Leading Humans was founded by me in 2017. A journey across the world, a movement and a focused effort to find and formulate next generation leadership. Today, Leading Humans is working with leaders and executive teams to create better leadership.
I founded Leading Humans in 2017 and have always been passionately engaged in creating better leadership. I have worked with a number of Danish companies on strategy and leadership, and I have a solid background in both strategy and human psychology.
I consult business leaders on strategy and leadership. Since 2010, I have run my own consulting firm specialized in creating better leadership in the 21st century. I have a particular interest in serving professional services firm, and have consulted a number of law firms, consulting houses and creative agencies on strategy and leadership. Furthermore, I have coached a number of partners and executives on personal leadership, and I also regularly give talks on leadership in the 21st century.
Prior to starting my own company, I worked as a management consultant, marketing director and headhunter in McKinsey, BCG, Arla, Toms and Heidrick & Struggles.
I have founded two major networks, Leading Humans for next generation leadership and Women of Influence for ambitious female executives in executive positions.Finally, I am the co-author of a book on Mergers and Acqusitions (Vækst gennem fusioner og opkøb, Børsens Forlag) and I have lived, studied and worked in London, Madrid and Toronto.
